Meet Mike Manion
Mike Manion is a longtime church leader and chaplain whose life has been marked by quiet faithfulness, steady service, and a genuine love for people. He has followed Christ since 1977 and has spent decades supporting pastors, congregations, and communities through ministry.
Since 2012, Mike has helped build III Hands Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Peter Lwero through Community Covenant Church—strengthening the mission through prayer, partnership, and long-term stewardship as it protects girls at risk and supports life-changing work in Tanzania and Kenya.
Meet Bonnie Manion
Bonita “Bonnie” Manion is an ordained minister and chaplain who helps lead III Hands with a steady, caring presence. She’s the kind of leader who brings both heart and order. Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Virginia, Bonnie moved to New York in 1974 and met Jesus as her Savior in 1977.
Her greatest joy is her husband of 45 years, Mike, and their family—six children, eight grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. She began serving as a chaplain through the International Police and Fire Chaplaincy Association (IPFCA) and now with First Responders Global Chaplaincy (FRGC) under Rev. Carl Clark, serving in International Affairs and as a First Responder Chaplain in her church and community since 2002.
